Thank you for your interest in the ProQyz Plugin Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Program. By signing up or participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
1. Eligibility
To join the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Own and operate a valid website, blog, social media account, or email list.
- Provide accurate payment and contact information.
- Not be an employee, agent, or direct partner of ProQyz or Spacetree.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn 20% of the cart value per successful sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
- Commission applies only on the first purchase made by a new customer.
- A sale is considered successful once:
- The buyer completes a full payment.
- The customer has not requested a refund within the refund period.
3. Payouts
- Payouts will be processed on the 15th of each month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50.
- Payments are made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/UPI.
- It is your responsibility to provide correct payment details.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use your affiliate link for your own purchases (self-referrals are not eligible for commission).
- Use spammy, misleading, or unethical marketing tactics.
- Offer discounts, cashback, or incentives not authorized by ProQyz.
- Bid on ProQyz brand keywords or misrepresent the product in any way.
5. Link Usage
- Affiliates must use the unique tracking link provided via our affiliate platform.
- We are not responsible for untracked sales due to improper link use or cookie blocking by users.
6. Program Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms.
- Discontinue or modify the Program, commission rate, or payout structure with 14 days’ notice.
Upon termination, you will no longer receive commissions on any sales, including those pending or in the referral window.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProQyz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. You agree to participate at your own risk.
8. Updates
ProQyz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or on the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
